1. Tickets

Tickets may be sold and purchased only in Alberta.

Ticket purchasers must be 18 years of age or older.

2. 50/50

1 for $10.00; 1000 tickets
3 for $20.00; 1500 tickets

The 50/50 is a draw where the money received in ticket sales is divided evenly between the winner and the charity.

Maximum 50/50 payout will be $10,000.00.

3. Important Dates & Draw Information

Deadline
Final ticket sales deadline: February 1, 2024 at 11:59:59 p.m. PST

Draw
50/50 draw: February 2, 2024 at 12:00:00 p.m. PST

If for some reason, the draw cannot take place on the draw date listed, a substitute draw date and time will be selected. All ticket purchasers will be able to see the amended draw date and time information posted on the same website the ticket was purchased.

The winning ticket is drawn using Random Number Generator software (RNG). 

All ticket holders are welcome to attend the draw.

Winners will be posted online at https://tipiofhope.rafflenexus.com/winners on February 2, 2024.

4. Winner

Winner will be contacted by phone by the Tipi of Hope Foundation .

Winners consent to release of their names by licensee.

If a winning ticket bears a minor's name, the prize will be lawfully delivered to the minor's parent, legal guardian or trustee.

No tickets will be purchased by the current or former Board of Directors, immediate family members of the Board of Directors or Volunteers of the Tipi of Hope Foundation or employees involved with the conduct and management of the ticket raffle.

5. Privacy

Tipi of Hope Foundation does not sell, rent or exchange any personal information collected from our supporters with any other organization or entity.

6. Complaints

Any complaints can be directed to the raffle administrators by emailing: info@tipiofhope.ca. Administrators will review the complaint and take action if necessary.

7. Delay in Draw

Should a delay occur in the draw time on draw day, every effort will be made to make the draw as soon as possible. Should an alternate day need to be announced, after approval by Alberta Gaming, all ticket purchasers will be notified via email.

8. Other
